Reuben Kirkham is an academic researcher based at OpenLab, Newcastle University. He is primarily interested in the intersection between new technologies and disability discrimination law. His research has explored organisational equality practise in respect to assistive technology, emphasising how such an understanding can enhance the availability of novel technology generally (e.g. wearable computers such as Google Glass).
